Friday the 13th Magic: Invite Ease
Ease is my word for January. I’ve been repeating this affirmation above so many times per day especially as I juggle all of the things as a psychotherapist, wellness coach, business owner and stay at home unschooling parent.
My intention for January is to continue to invite ease, whether that is taking deep breaths before doing something hard, stepping away, giving myself permission to pause, and saying no when my body needs it.
Friday the 13th Magic.
I move through life with ease and grace.
