Mindful Moment: 3 Card Spread
Anyone else ever glad when a challenging week is over? Nah, just me? Okay 😅. My Breath work practice got me through the peaks and valleys this past week. Whew! I’m also grateful for my Sangha who reminded me that our breath is our anchor. Truth be told my Breath work practice is one of my core daily spiritual practices. It’s the way i am able to connect to myself, my guides, my ancestors and Spirit. It is how i remember that I have everything i need within and around me.
If you’re like me, I need those moments throughout my day to pause, to slow down, to stop and just notice what’s right here with me. It’s so easy for me to focus on the tasks and all that I’m juggling. Maybe you’re like me and need a moment to pause or desire to slow down even just for a moment.
The mindful moment 3 card spread is an invitation to invite 5-10 min of pause in your day.
Inhale: what to invite in at this time? What to ingest?
Hold: where to pause? What to hold on to?
Exhale: what to release? What to let go? What to discard?
