If you are anything like me, sometimes it's hard to focus. I can feel overwhelmed by my mounting to-do lists and then I don't do anything at all. It’s truly frustrating to have so many ideas and wishes but not be able to focus enough to put something into action. Setting intentions and giving yourself permission to put your focus on one or two things will help you get ish done! That is why I created the Week Ahead: 3 Card Spread.
